It's almost a year since the last blog and many things have changed ,India won the world cup, CSK won the IPL twice and i got a job(LOL).Even the Ruling party has changed with "A" difference D.M.K to "A".D.M.K.
Remember a saying "Catch a fish,the man will eat for a day.Teach him fishing he'll eat for lifetime".
It's seen to that people get the fish with freebies not the art of fishing.
Captain once said we will not make people lazy giving freebies but now he too have joined the elite league of same.

Now how much will free education for the poor cost ?Free medical facilities?(There was one introduced by ex CM Kalaingar which was scrapped by Jayalalitha along with free TV) .Indirectly it will give employment opportunities to many teachers too.Moreover there are many vacancies for many posts currently but no action have been taken by both parties to fill these posts.They are not even ready to discuss on it for we will learn the art of fishing than wait for the fish.
In her past regime Jayalalitha complained that the existing seceretriat building is leaking and planned to build a new one demolishing Queen Mary's college ,now the new building which DMK built spending 1000 crores have been abandoned by her for only one reason ,It's built by DMK.It could have been at least used to accommodate many government offices which are in pathetic condition.
Doing good is the only notion why politicians contest in elections as they claim to be, why should they scrap the rare good schemes implemented by other parties.
Now she's planning to implement the MONO Rail which was originally planned by her in the past regime but was dropped by DMK due many problems associated with it and was replaced by METRO rail.
Mono Rail is a big time failure and the highest km covered by mono rail structure in the world is less than 30km but we are planning for 300 km.It 's operating costs are high ,it takes time to lay the structure and maintenance is sky high.Many developed countries have tried to implement it and incurred huge financial losses.To get the ROI for this plan the ticket pricing need to be 10 times higher than the deluxe bus tickets.The designs are made by separate manufacturers which creates a dependency in Servicing.They've promised impossible timelines to finish this project and above all it would choke Chennai traffic to the worst partnering with METRO rail but still she is very much determined to take up the project .
The debt Tamil nadu is having,we have 3000 Rs on each of our heads but they are ready to give that amount for each vote if not for the election commission.They are richer than the state,richer than the country cos they know our fish is in their hands.
Inspite of all these we are still making news in financial growth.Surprising !!!!.If not for all these what we will be today !!!
The poor waits for the fish from different hands,The rich keeps the art of fishing to themselves.
